    I went to penners to have my air conditioning and heating issues with my truck diagnosed and repaired. I told them I had recently replaced the fan blower motor and resistor. But still nothing is happening when I turn on the air conditioner. So they diagnosed it and called me back to tell me that they found out it was my new blower motor and resistor I put in. But I know that’s wasn’t what was wrong. But they went ahead and replaced it all before I said go ahead. Paid over $400+ for nothing. I picked up my truck barely got 2 blocks away and air conditioning stopped took it back they replaced it again and it worked for only a week and stopped again. Went back to have them fix it. They said I’d have to pay for a new diagnostic on it. I said no I can’t afford to pay that again. So I got in my truck and left. They should do the diagnostic for free and fix it since it obviously didn’t work the first two times I took it there.

    Dangerous unprofessional repair on vehicles poor if any professional service. Should be closed permanently can't give negative ratings
