  This company operates without impunity on behave of the City ******* and ***********, ********. They exploited there position of power beacuse law enforcement forces the public to use them. They have different rates for public customers versus those ordered towed by the respective government agencies and have zero transparency on their rates.
  
  I would also like to add that I was a victim of a crime and that according to the Attorney General and ********** State Constitution section I / 28 reguarding Victim's Rights, Hitz Towing, as a public facing entity representing the local jurisdictions have violated my state civil rights in refusing to return my property after an investigation has concluded. They treated me like I was a criminal and even threatened my safety when I called them out for extortion.
  
  I asked them not to tow my car as I was in route to pick it up but Jo (CoOwner) said to me "I already rolled a truck and i need to get paid"
  
  That is not how one is supposed to treat the victim of a crime when they are, by extension, representing the city and county agencies.
  
  I would like full transparency of their rates on their website, access to property by members of the public who have vehicals on their impound lot and a full refund of the $****** I paid when forced to have to receive my stolen property back from them.

  This customer was upset because his vehicle was stolen in ********* County and recovered in **** County which resulted in him having to retrieve his vehicle by paying the subsequent towing fees along with the added inconvenience of traveling to obtain it. He was upset and irrational each time we tried to communicate by phone. When he did come to obtain his vehicle, he demanded his car without providing any sort of ID to verify who he even was. He continued bantering me with inappropriate language so I told him it was time for him to leave and return when he could calm down and and take care of business. He refused. The situation required the intervention of law enforcement.

  I called Law Enforcement, Was extremely upset by being extorted. None of the 3 items requested fulfilled.

  Services were provided which resulted in fees being charged to the owner of the vehicle upon release. Since the theft of this vehicle resulted in the arrest of the perpetrator, the owner could request from the court restitution for fees incurred to obtain his property.

  Refund my $***, allow customers access to their property while impounded (the law) and post.your rates. Otherwise this issue is unresolved in my opinion.
