    We ordered a 22"w x 24"d x 12"h canvas shelter from this business over 4 months ago. The owner contacted us last week and said the shelter was ready. We set up delivery for this past Monday, November 7th at 9 a.m. The date and time came for this shelter to be delivered to us, and at 9 a.m. on Monday November 7th, we got a phone call from the driver stating that "he had a 'friend' who was in a motorcycle accident on Saturday, and he couldn't deliver our shelter. My husband was upset because he works in Massachusetts, and had to lose a day of work for this, so called the owner and asked for a discount. The owner said " I'll see what I can do for you, in the meantime let's reschedule for Saturday, November 12 and I will call you Friday, November 11th to confirm". My husband said 'sure'. Today, Friday, November 12th, the owner called my husband and said to him "I'm sorry, but I can't deal with your terms, so I've to refund your deposit". My husband said you still wanted the shelter, and the owner replied, "I don't want to deal with you anymore, I will mail back your deposit"! And hung up. My husband was extremely upset since he waited over 5 months for shelter that's normally available from like businesses in 2 months. My husband has valuable items to store before winter, and is now without his shelter because this owner "does not want to deal with us". We want this owner to contact us immediately and deliver and set up this shelter that he has received and promised us. No discount is necessary if we receive our shelter on a weekend day, before the end of November, 2022.
