  We recently had our garage door and opener replaced by **** Bouley and he did an amazing job. He came out and communicated everything he was doing and how to maintain our door to keep it running smoothly. Very pleasant, impeccable workmanship, and honest.Regards, ***** Nashua, NH

  I judge fairly.
  I hired a ‘cheap’ company to install a remote controlled garage door, next to a garage door that was installed in the 80’s, in my 2019 purchased home, in Nashua.
  The installation failed within 2 years.
  I have 2 garage doors.
  The 40-year old unit still works, perfectly.
  I saw an imprint on the side of the older unit, and called them, thinking the number must be outdated.
  “Ken Bouley and Sons.”
  Out of curiosity, I called.
  “Ken” did not answer. A guy named “Eric, did,
  Turns out Eric is the “son” in the old name.
  Eric shows up.
  This guy fixes the new unit (not a Bouley-installed unit) and, per request, looks over the unit his father’s firm installed about 40 years ago.
  He fixes the screwed up new unit (not done by Boulez) and does a maintenance check on his dad’s company’s unit—lubes the tracks.
  The “Ken Bouley and Sons” unit works perfectly, after 40 years, as I already noticed.
  The son could have fleeced me, but tells me: “I can’t charge you for the old unit. I’ll just lube the tracts.”
  Think about that. The new unit breaks in less than 2 years.
  The 40 year old installation still works, perfectly.
  I learned my lesson.
  I went for the cheapest price on the new unit, and ended up calling the son of the guy whose unit still works, perfectly, after 40 years.
  My own short-term thinking got me a shiny new unit that failed in 2 years.
  I wish I had called the Bouley company, and spent a few bucks more, for a quality job, with the second unit.
  I am not a garage door guy, but I know quality work, when I see it.
  Next year, when I replace that old door, on the “new” device, I’m going with ‘old New Hampshire’ quality.
  Ken Bouley and Sons.
  I’m tired of the ‘new’ guys who offer dirt cheap, deliver dirt cheap, and whose products and workmanship are CHEAP, and fall apart soon.

  In the summer of 2022, I hired Eric B***** of Ken Bouley & Son - Nashua Overhead Doors, to install two new overhead garage doors at my home in Cambridge, MA. I have to say that I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with both the product and the work!
  My old cement block garage is original to the property and dates back many decades. It certainly wasn't the easiest structure in which to properly install new garage doors. But Eric's many years of installation experience was on full display and he did a masterful job getting the new doors to fit squarely in the old garage. The doors not only look great, but Eric got them to fit perfectly square in the old door frames. The doors also roll up very easily on their runners which Eric also installed perfectly. Installing the runners properly was also a difficult task because over the years the old garage walls had experienced some settling. I know that doing a proper installation of these doors took some real talent and experience and Eric did a great job!
  Eric was also extremely professional, dependable, and trustworthy (not to mention just a nice guy!). He always did what he promised - and more - and he always kept his word. After the installation he even came back of his own accord just to "tweak" a manual garage door lock that was ever so slightly out of kilter! His initiative to do that was really above and beyond my expectations. Eric is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and in the family tradition of company excellence.
  I can highly and unequivocally recommend Eric B***** of Ken Bouley and Son - Nashua Overhead Doors for all of your garage door needs. Thank you again Eric for all you did to get my old garage back in shape and useful again!
