      I paid for an additional hour of moving labor that we did not end up using. I was told by Moving Help customer service that Family Movers had to provide the refund. I reached out to them and received a response a few days later saying that he would look into it. That was the only response I received, and that was 7 days ago. Since then, I have attempted to reach out via phone and email, but to no avail.
      Initially, I was quite satisfied with their moving services. I provided water and tipped well for an hour and a half of moving work. I am a broke college student who cannot afford to lose out on $110 for a service that went unused. If you use Family Movers, beware that if you overpay them, they will deliberately ignore you. Overall, I do not recommend this service.
      If I receive my refund for $109, I will delete this review. The fact that I have not received my refund after a week and a half is unethical. Additionally, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
