    In March of 2022 we contacted Prospect Mountain Survey to survey our lot of land as well as our neighbor's. Prospect Mountain said it would ******* to do both lots. We would need to give them $500 deposit and the remaining $500 at the time the job was complete. We wrote a check on 3-19-22 a check was given to them when the came for the first time to look over the property. The place 2 white flags along side our house and left. Telling us they would be back to finish the job within a month or two. They said they would need to do some research as ***** Lake homes were difficult to measure and they were extremely busy but they would "fit us in" when they could. Beginning in July, I began to call numerous times but never received a call back. I then emailed them numerous time with no answer. There is no way they did not get my messages because there were MANY voicemails. All I wanted at that point was an update on what they planned to do. In ********************************************************************************** touch with other survey companies that had done work in the area. Still no response. It would really be nice to put an end to this. We just want our money back. How can a company continue to be in business and 'busy' when they treat customers this way.I look forward to hearing your thoughts and what I can do at this point.

    I mailed a bank check to ************************* on 04/11/2024. I sent it Certified mail. She signed for it on 04/15/2024. I have attached the bank check stub, receipt from mailing and the signed return receipt.
