    Run from this company. Do NOT hire them. I wish someone warned me about them. My wife and I hired paragon roofing last November 2023 to replace the roof on our home. We paid in full before realizing we cant open our upstairs balcony doors because the shingles hang too low and interfere with the doors. We also have a bulge in the roof that requires repair. The owner, ***** *******, agreed it is an install issue but refuses to fix it. She no longer answers our calls or texts. If you hire this company and later require repairs, you are out of luck. There is ZERO warranty. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Paragon roofing.

    Nick S****** came to quote a roof for our boat house. He was very prompt and attentive and did and said all of the right things. He brought several different samples and submitted quotes as we asked. He seemed like a great guy. We moved forward with Nick and the team.
    He then called us and gave us the news that his wife Meagan was leaving him and she had cleaned out all of the bank accounts including our $16k deposit. Meagan had been a partner in the business and did the books.
    9 months went by and we reached Meagan who now claimed to be running the company. Many conversations and promises but absolutely no results. We have a lien against their house now after spending several thousand dollars on legal fees. We understand that there are several other customers in the same boat.
    Nick does not respond any more and Meagan is horrible. I saw their sign up on a job and spoke with Meagan. She seems nice but only had slick answers.
