No Thanks Their conversion neck **** says 4 weeks turnaround; but the custom **** says theyre backed up 6-8 ******** I ordered it on September 2nd 2024,And its been over 13 weeks NO delivery and I wrote several times and they lied and shined me on saying for weeks it would be quote:your neck is in production and will ship within a week. We'll send tracking information when it ships.Your neck is in production now. It will ship next week. We'll send tracking when it ships.We are backed up due to order volume. Orders are taking 6 week longer than expected as stated on our custom shop ****.Just a pack of lies.I fear theyll tamper with the neck and send a bad unit frankly.There are lots of online complaints about BYO Guitars in fact.Its 14 weeks turnaround and nothing but emails excuses.I genuinely regret dealing with BYO and theyve cost me money not being able to finish this studio guitar.I either want a the neck made right NOW or a FULL REFUND because they have cost me a lot for their unethical behavior.

    My husband purchased a guitar from this business in early may and we have yet to receive our ***** guitar. He calls every week and every week they state they are shipping it out tomorrow. We need the product we paid for and I believe we should be compensated for the amount of time and lies this company has stated they were shipping our product.
