      Horrible Delivery service. We thought instead of going to the Home Depot/Lowes stores we would go to what we thought was your local appliance store. We purchased 3 items, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer. The Dryer was delivered but we were told by the delivery men that we need an electrician since we kept blowing a fuse. Well the problem was the delivery men wired it incorrectly, kept blowing a fuse and we had to hire an electrician (which Barons did reimburse us for). Then we needed to get the washer balanced since my husband is disabled i was unable to do. Come to find out the bar/bolts on the back of the washer was never removed. We had to have them come out a second time since all the rattling was caused by the metal pipes/hoses in the back. We are still not thrilled with the washer, it still moves more than it should and at this point will be happy to replace them with a new set from another store in the near future. We are beyond unhappy with this service. I do not purchase an appliance too often and have never ever had issues such as this. We would not recommend them to anyone unless it is confirmed that they no longer use the delivery men that came to our house.

      After purchasing a Frigidaire Washer/ Dryer in January 2022, installed by Baron's, I also purchased an extended service contract. It was random on selection and provision of water temp, amount to fill, and selection of cycle, usually it was a hot and cold temp shift. The store's response -- "Live with it," even when I dropped off written documentation. Complained again, "Call Reliable Appliance -- they share a phone #. In mid July 2023 I started phoning "Reliable" and never got through. I went on vacation in late July, and returned on August 8 and started calling Reliable # again, at least 40 times, leaving my number, and never getting a response. I finally was able to get through on the website (after many tries) and eventually got a callback "you can have an appointment next Friday afternoon 8/27/23-- have a check for $249 ready before we look, this is an "investigation." So he gets there, tells me there is mouse evidence under the machine, but didn't show me, though I sat in the room the entire time. He could not and would not service the machine, that it is junk. He did open the front panel of the washer and put it back together. "I will let Baron's know and they will offer you a good deal on a new machine." He put things back together and walked out. I contacted the manufacturer, got a local service person, who found and fixed a belt that had come off -- $160. In mid-Dec 23 it failed again. Contacted AAPSCO who is the first person opening the machine totally, and discovered two key screws just lying on the insulation, "mice had nothing to do with it," he replaced a piece of the agitator and installed a new bracket, told me it needs a new main board, the programming is off." $249. I still need to have the main board replaced. After being out of pocket about $2k, I would like to have a machine that works. The dryer has never been a problem. As a 77 year old widow on minimal income, I will never deal with Barons again.

      Please keep in mind that whether mice caused the original problem or not, doesn't matter. No manufacturer or warranty company will cover repairs to machines that show evidence of infestation. Also be aware that no repairs from us, or anyone else, can be guaranteed, because there could be chewed wires in any number of places that can't be seen. This is a serious electrical hazard for you that you need to be aware of. Steve will help you with any questions when he calls. Thank you.

      I have had nothing but great experiences with Baron's in the last nine months when twice I needed major appliances unexpectedly. The Manchester store came through big time when our oven all but exploded 5 days before Christmas 2022 and then we got home from vacation 10 days ago and our fridge stopped working properly. I had professional and friendly service for both the order and delivery process. They honored the delivery window promised each time. The delivery team on each occasion took great care and worked without complaint in our galley style kitchen and got the job done well despite English not being their native language. I will always recommend Baron's to family and friends given the experiences I've had. Thank you!

      Poor delivery experience. Damaged goods twice. Separate deliveries for washer/dryer cause all day wait. Not leveled, adjusted, hooked up properly. Not everything ordered. Just all around bad.

      We bought a new washing machine (with the installation service) and had a HORRIBLE experience with their delivery service. The delivery guys barely speak any English. It is very difficult to understand what they were saying. They insisted we need to find a plumber to unhook the old unit so they can connect the new one. The company should let customer know in advance that we need to hire a plumber for the installation.

      We are sorry to hear that your plumbing condition did not allow our team to complete their installation. 99% of the time, customer's valves are in good working condition. In your case, it was not.


      What you call horrible service, we call preventing a potential disaster. If you would like, we can get you a quote for a plumber to replace your faulty valve with a new one.       By the way, the warning that you suggest we tell our customers is already on your order, under the Delivery line item:


      "Customer accepts responsibility to complete the free standing hookup/installation if the home is not ready, or not up to current building codes."


      And also: "Our drivers may at their sole discretion,

      refuse to remove any unsafe or unhealthy product from your home."


      We don't try to hide anything or fool anyone. We want you, your family, your property, and our drivers to be safe at all times.

      I brought a refrigerator from them when it’s was delivered the attachment for the water hookup was sliced so there’s a leak. It’s been 7 weeks and I’m getting the run around. The people that come out to fix things which is reliable appliances through Baron’s have know idea how to manage this. I was told my part was in they were coming September 27th the time frame was 11-2 I got a text from reliable that they need to cancel because a lot of worker were out! They didn’t know that earlier.so they rescheduled me for Oct 4, to have someone come out to which I thought was going to fix it instead and had know idea on what the problem was, I had to explain it again. The plumber who came out to install took pictures and reported it right away. And also if you cancel within 24 hours reliable charges you $50.00 I want my money for them canceling on me!
