    From the beginning, they were never here when they said they would be. They clean fast and do very surface level work. I had a deep clean scheduled the week before Thanksgiving, and didn’t get it. Owner said I never scheduled it. I had emails saying otherwise, and gave them less money for the inconvenience of not having gotten the deep clean….plus having to deal with all the times they were late or too early. Another thing that irritated me, was when he called me, he talked down to me like I was a 2nd class citizen. I told him I wanted to be civil and be diplomatic. He didn’t know how to do that. Not that this matters, but the cleaners do not speak any English, and it was impossible to communicate with them without having to call the owner. I didn’t want this to matter, but at times it did make it inconvenient.

    That’s such a harassment, you paid the cleaners $50 on the fee for your cleaning, you have not aproves and quote for a cleaning, we do not provide any service without a client approval, and you just took $50 out of the feee for the regular cleaning performed also you're discriminating the cleaners for not speaking English or because of their nationality which is a shame unfortunately when we have to deal with this type behave we will always stand up against it. Your words of “diplomacy” clashes with tone becoming a disrespectful lie. We decided to do not serve you because of that and that is no regret for we hope someday you became a more happy person and do not discriminate people when they are at your to serve you and follow a scope of work that makes communication pointless. We feel very sorry you decided to take $50 out of the payment without discussing it as the regular cleaning was delivered and you refuse to pay for it diminishing the hard work people did for you
