    I contacted Norman, from Fidelity Restoration Service, on 8/26/2022 to repair and restore a family heirloom. Following my initial phone conversation with him, I drove to his business/home and left the clock in his care. I have since reached out to Norman for a status update on 3/29/2023 and 7/17/2023, to which he has yet to respond. No one answered when I went to his business/home on 7/19/2023.

    I have not heard back from Norman since dropping off my clock nearly a year ago. At this time, I am requesting the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to get the clock back into my possession. If Norman has put any time or materials into the clock, I'm happy to pay him for such. However, I would like the clock back in my possession as soon as possible.

    I tried to call ***** shortly after she dropped off her battery-operated mantle clock that was not running to give her an estimate to repair it, but I got no response. I tried to call again at later dates and still could not reach her until I received a text message on August 12th saying that she had contacted the Better Business Bureau. I tried calling again with no answer. I also responded to the text, saying that I tried to call and left another voicemail and that I hope my messages are getting to you. I received a call back from *****. I explained that I tried to contact her and that I wasn't sure why my messages weren't reaching her. I apologized and asked if she still wanted me to repair the clock and that I would do it at a discounted rate for the inconvenience, I would get it done quickly, and I would keep her updated. She said yes and was understanding of the situation. We exchanged backup forms of communication in case this happened again. I kept her up to date with the repair and notified her when it was complete on August 20th. ***** was happy with the repair.
