    Visited Full Circle Colon Hydrotherapy on 4/9/2024 for my first colonic treatment ever. I met with Diane W***** who conducted the procedure. After giving her my medication list she stated the medications were the problem and need to get off them. I explained I had my thyroid radiated 26 years ago and other health issues. She started the procedure with the room door halfway open leading to the main waiting room , (she was by herself , conducting my procedure and as I found out later, responding to other clients as they arrived) which made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Approximately 20 minutes into the procedure another patient arrived and Diane left me to address the other patient in the waiting room without closing the door. After returning I again reminded her this was my first colonic treatment and not aware of the process. At the end of the process Diane became irate and screamed at me " go to the ******* bathroom , your ******* ********" I hurried to the bathroom and as I was attempting to get to the bathroom she screamed "make sure you ******* clean the bathroom up afterwards" and she continued to verbally abuse me using profanity as I was in the bathroom. When in the bathroom I became panicky, overwhelmed and stressed and I told her I felt like I was going to pass out. Her response was " I don't give a **** , you're fine, make sure you clean the ******* bathroom, lift the seat and clean under that too " I asked her to stop yelling at me and ths was the most humiliating experience of my life. When I came out she stated , " I've been doing this for 30 years and have never had this happen " She then said "we're ok , right ?" I stated I just want to leave and departed the room leaving $200.00 on the counter as I left the outter waiting area. In the waiting area was another patient who obviously heard the entire exchange. I went to my car crying feeling humiliated from the most disrespectful, unprofessional, abusive experience of my life.
