    I was formerly a patient of Lisa K*******, I’m reaching out due to the lack of care and professionalism with Dr. k******* and staff.
    I saw K******* on two occasions at her old office. She diagnosed me with Sibo, but never showed me the results and instead just put me on a bunch of supplements,$400.00 worth and sent me on my way. Didn’t tell me a diet to follow and I was already on other supplements which I gave her a list of. I was taking 200 pills a week on her protocol, this isn’t healthy. To make matters worse my symptoms got worse I was in pain and my hair was falling out. I emailed the portal which Dr. K******* stated to use and called the new office multiple times to speak with the receptionist who said she would relay the message to her but I wouldn’t get a call/ email returned. Here I was feeling sick and not a care of concern from dr k*******.
    I got so fed up with leaving messages and emailing the office I had to be pushy and rude about the pain I was in. The receptionist then told me Dr. K******* would contact me via phone, but would call me back and let me know if there would be a charge, and due to the lack of professionalism, she never did! I told her numerous times I’m not paying for a call, seemed like she cared more About arguing with me then helping me. Dr K******* called and I was charged for an office visit that I will be appealing. I’m unclear as to why I was even charged for an office visit when we spoke on the phone for less than 2 minutes. Just another way for her to make money.
    Dr. K*******, also didn’t tell me the breath test was out of network and that I would be charged for it. It appears all I did was spend an excessive amount of money on supplements and visits to feel worse on a condition I didn’t even have. It’s upsetting to know she doesn’t follow up or care about her patients. It was just a money making transaction. I’m truly disappointed in her and the practice. I’m not looking to be refunded for the visits and supplements but I will not be paying for the bills that I’m currently receiving.
