    My apartment complex (****** ** **** ****** in Morgantown, WV) switched to Single Digits internet service in the past couple of years. Since then, there are constant outages that may take days until the internet comes back on. This is student housing, and in order to get my work done, do my research, and run my small business, internet access is crucial. Last Wednesday, my internet went out, and Single Digits has yet to do anything about it. This is out of my apartment complex’s control, as they’ve reached out to Single Digits as well. I’ve called the internet company several times a day, and they constantly say that they are “working diligently” to solve the issue and that someone is coming to my apartment to resolve the issue that day, but no one ever comes. I am constantly getting the run-around from this company, and they do nothing to fix these issues regardless of whether I call or if my apartment complex calls them. I’ve been without wifi for 6 days now, and the school year is about to start, so I am very afraid of falling behind in my Masters program. I really need help with this issue, and Single Digits has done nothing to resolve this problem for me or my other neighbors who are experiencing the same thing.

    They provide internet to our apartment complex with individual wifi for each apartment. We've had no wifi during our 2 year lease despite us calling Single digits multiple times to come and fix the issue. Our apartment complex has always deferred us to call the company directly and they have been next to useless. For 2 years we've had to use our neighbors' wifi. We've called multiple times and were told it was our issue, saying it was a computer problem despite every device we have not being able to see the wifi. Guests who have come to our apartment can't see the wifi either. They refused to send a technician and essentially said we needed to fix it ourselves. Today was the breaking point because the entire complex has no internet and we've been told off multiple times by the company to help. We live at ******* West apartments. We have online classes and remote work we need wifi for but no longer are able to use.

    Resident has been connecting to the designed community Wi-Fi her entire stay.  The resident believed they were using “their neighbors wifi” due to SSID labeling for each unit of the apartment complex.  Every resident is able to connect to any of the labeled SSID’s at the apartment complex.     Over the past few months we have experienced an accumulative total of one month without our internet service that due to a contract with our property we are obligated into whether we want it or not. We have been given no timeframe for repair or service, no answers or responses, and it seems like even though we have an “escalated” case no supervisor nor superior can be bothered to reach out to us on a weekday. We are receiving no discount for service, and the few times the spotty service comes up it hardly has functioned. Myself and my partner each pay $19.60 a month and to already have lost even $40 in this current economic client especially with the lack of response or care.

    I live in ****** **** Center In ********** West Virginia. The single Digit Company is the internet provider to my building. My internet has been disconnected for the past 18 days and I have placed more than 20 calls to this company to send a technician to my home address and fix the issue. Unfortunately, the single digit company has refused to give me an answer and keep saying that they are trying to fix that. This has been their answer for the past 18 days . I need a technician check my router , check the wiring and fix this issue. This company has made a monopoly in this address and I can not ask other internet provider companies to give me an internet access.

    This outage occurred due to a lightning strike at the facility. We have been working to procure parts for the repair but have had supply chain issues. The parts are on-site as of today 7/27 and a tech has been dispatched for repair. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
