Had a long awaited Cholonoscopy my doctor wanted me to have. Day before screening nurse calls me. Asked me about my medication. Told her I had plenty. Puts me on hold. Came back claimed she talked to anesthesiologist between them decided to cancel my appointment.Through my primary care doctor under the bus and claimed he wanted to see me before the examination. I knew this to be bull because my doctors office would have called or emailed **** called both GraniteState gastrolgy and my DMC primary care office told them what they did and said.Granite State was angry and said they were going to do their own investigation because they said what the nurse told me was la**** suspect the nurse if she really did talk to the anesthesiologist gave her the wrong information and unethically made the decision herself to cancel my appointment or manipulated the doctor to cancel the appointment Unethical the doctor should have called my doctor. This was a screening for cancer. Now I probably have to wait 4 to 6 months for another appointment. And God forbid what if I developed cancer in the meantime that could have been caught early with this appoinment my doctors office worked hard to get me.This nurse who did this had absolutely no people skills which is sad for someone in this business. She did not listen to a word I said if she did none of this would have happened.I encourage people not to do business with this place or anyone who does business with this place.UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion.
