    Does not and will not return calls.
    Uncooperative with resident on personal property damage.
    Sad to say they lack any common decency or care for their residents.
    Petvadive attitude is “it’s not my job”.
    Refuses to offer any direction or guidance and even will mislead people.
    Uncaring lack the common decency of humanity.

    They will not protect you or help you in any way. I've live there for three years and am a stellar tenant. A new neighbor moved in and is insane and calls the cops all the time. I got served stalking papers from police and didn't know who it was from. Come to find out, it was the new neighbor. I let Eastpoint know everything, they said I was on my own. I went to the court hearing and of course the judge dismissed the case immediately as I didn't even know the neighbor.
    Now Eastpoint is believing lies from the neighbor and supposedly other neighbors that my 2 daughters come and make noise all day and night. Well, one daughter lives in VT, married with 2 kids, the other daughter lives far. Eastpoint is believing whoever told them this and is putting a no trespassing on my only family that I see. (extemely evil thing to do to someone) I told Eastpoint to look at the cameras and they refuse. That would show that my daughter are hardly ever there. It makes no sense at all.
