Efficient, honest & experienced crew. Great attention to detail. When an issue was discovered on my roof I was given options to fix the problem. I always felt informed, **** is a very patient man in all things roof speak! Crew cleaned up like they were never here. Were happy with the new roof, pricing and staff! Nothing but professional from the day they gave the quote till the day they came back and fixed a torn window screen after the job was done! They showed up right on time and worked very hard. It was a warm day out so it was nice to know they took breaks so as not to overheat on the roof. The roof looks great and I am beyond happy with how the whole project turned out. Definitely give them a call for your roofing needs!Queen City Roofing, LLC

We experienced ice and storm damage during the winter and had to go through insurance to start the repair/replace process. We had 4 different roofing companies come out and **** from Queen City Roofing not only provided us with exceptional service and explanation of the damages and issues, but at no point did we ever feel any sales pressure. Knowing we had to go through insurance they were helpful every step of the way going above and beyond to provide documentation and video we could submit to the insurance company.Then when it came to understanding the material and product **** went through everything from the material used, the shingles, the water guard, everything and explained the 50 year warranty. We had another company who used the same materials, same warranty, but was TWICE as expensive AND after 3 hours of pressuring us had the gall to try to schedule us that day even though we had explained the insurance process.**** and team were fantastic, reasonable, professional, courteous and I couldn't recommend them more.Queen City Roofing, LLC

Exceptional Roofing Experience with Queen City Roofing!From start to finish, Queen City Roofing provided an absolutely outstanding experience for our new asphalt roof, earning every one of these five stars.The initial quoting process was fantastic. We met with a friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy professional who walked us through everything clearly. The in-house customer service team then made scheduling a breeze, keeping us informed every step of the way.But the real stars of the show were the installation crew. They arrived early and worked diligently all day until the job was complete. I was incredibly impressed by their organization they meticulously removed old shingles and placed them directly into dumpsters. They took the time to tarp our entire house, ensuring no debris touched our property. The crew even walked me through the process and patiently answered all my questions.The cleanup was truly remarkable; I haven't found a single stray nail, and they even leaf-blew our entire property. They went above and beyond by taking the time to remove **** and buildup from our vinyl siding a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated.The final price was exactly what we were quoted, and it was worth every *****. While they weren't the cheapest or most expensive option, the quality of work we received was unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend Queen City Roofing to anyone in search of a new roof. The Queen City Roofing crew did a fabulous job. They were quick and efficient. They arrived promptly and got right to work. They were friendly. The roof looks great. I love that they went around the house with a magnet type of thing to pick up any loose nails that may have gotten off the tarps.Queen City Roofing, LLC
