******* and the Culligan team came in and reviewed the water test after we had an Artesian well installed. They came up with a plan to handle all the issues including Arsenic, Iron and the usual suspect for hard water.Added to that we requested to have our outside water silcocks separated from the water softener, but wanted the Arsenic removed for watering the animals. The Team did an outstanding job And the finished price was more than reasonable.I would absolutely recommend Culligan of ************* to any one in need of water treatment.

If you want to be taken call Culligan, They came to fix an error code E1. I was charged $139.00 for the service call, $45.00 for 1/2 hr of work and $165.00 listed under materials as softener motor rebuild. What a joke. Out $349.00 for 20 minutes for som e kind of motor rebuild. No parts listed just motor rebuild.

      Mr. ***********,
The system you have was installed over 10 years ago without any service issues. Culligan communicates our service rates upon scheduling the appointment. The invoice itemized the parts
(Rebuild Kit For Softener: Seal Pack, Eductor Sleeve, Brine Piston and Throat, Nozzle, Screen Kit) that were replaced. We appreciate your feedback and if I can be of assistance please give us a call.
