    I never had a personal conversation with Jeremy, but I did receive emails from him. I worked directly with ******, who was very professional and clearly explained the entire process. Im extremely satisfied with my logo, which was completed at a reasonable cost and within an acceptable timeframe. The experience matched my expectations from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

    Complete scammer. Avoid this company at all costs!I was assured my logo was "made in the ***" and led to believe I was dealing with "Jeremy Ellsworth." Turns out, Jeremy Ellsworth is just an American name front, and in reality, you're dealing with random folks in the ***********, and the designs are done by them.This guy is a total con artist.Years later, he tried to cover his tracks, claiming hes grown and now uses a team. That's a load of bull. From the very beginning, all the designs were outsourced.This guy needs to go to prison for lying his way to success.

    Please read! Be aware! Very well trained sales staff thay may cost you a lot of money. I spend $700 CAD for a pice of junk logo that is not even usable. I contacted the company on December 21st to get some information. Just t ochat and maybe get a proposal. Robin called me right away and somehow (this has never happened in my life ) at the end of a phone call, I gave him my credit card and walked away with $1600 USD charge for a logo and a truck wrap (altho I wanted just logo, somehow he talked me into a truck wrap even tho I told him I will be buying a truck in a month or two, so I don't have a model yet. I must say, quite a skill. Anyhow, while you are paying, thay have you on the phone and all communication is via facebook messenger. You get links to agreee to terms while beying pushed by the sales person not to hang up the phone and think about it. I was told 5-7 business days for the first draft. You get receipt but no contract or terms. January 5th I get first version That is about 2.5 weeks after payment. It is very basic and bad, next day I have a phone call not with the designer (but another sales person) Alison. She took notes and two days after I got another version. it took aditional 5 days to receive the second version. Unusable, very basic again. I was very unhappy and tried to make some phonecalls. I felt like the whole process will take two months. I did not enjoy the communication with sales people rather than designer. I was offered refund by Alison in a case if I don't like the 3rd version. I send her email saying I don't want the 3rd version, I just want a refund. After that I had to call Robin again, and he stated they can only refund me for a portion of the cost,because they already did some work on the logo, logo that sucks btw.
