    I had a furnace put in 4 years ago by this company. Have had the yearly checks for the mandated warranty by them. On or about September 24, 2024 the furnace would not start. I called him to discuss. He arrived and said that there was a short of some type from the thermostat to the furnace, he replaced the thermostat then said that it needed an part for the furnace. This part took him over 3 weeks to get as he said it could only come from the company that made the furnace. This part was incorrect, he then took over 2 weeks to get the correct part. After he replaced this part he said that it needed a different part that took over 2 weeks to get. After finally replacing this part yet again there was something else it needed. Today was 10 days since the time that he "ordered" this part. Every day he has told me that it was to be here tomorrow and then blamed fed ex for not delivering it. I offered to go to get it he said it was in **. When in frustrating I reminded him that it has been almost 8 week and we have no heat in the house and what is going to happen when it is not this part that was bad? Will we have to wait another 2 weeks, I offred that we would be happy to drive to get it or to pay over night shipping, He said find someone else I'm done. He will not return my call to tell me what part is needed etc. Again it is winter and we have NO heat . I have now had to call someone else to start this all over and hope that we can get this fixed and not have to replace the furnace

    I have added 2 additional documents, they are from the other place that had worked on the furnace that was an *** (manufacturer) and said that they would do the "warranty" work for us, unfortunately for us they replaced the mother board that JS home comfort said was the issue for over 500 dollars, this was not the issue. *** does not have trained technicians. JS home is not a trained tech to fix anything. We ended up calling All ***** (thank god we did) they were able to diagnose and fix the furnace unfortunately it cost us another 1000 dollars. As you can see by the invoice if JS home would have properly diagnosed the issue we would not have spend 9 weeks without heat and over 1500 dollars.
