      I won't even give him 1 star he is So unethical he will park in front of you're home and spy if someone parks on a blade of grass on you're own land he will complain.So many neighbors including his family who took him to court over spying and shutting off water and he also would deny people moving in when you try to sell so he could low ball you and buy it .I came upon unfortunate circumstances where I fell behind on my rent when I was able to catch up on it and he took me to court he told the judge No I don't want her to catch up on her rent I just want her out so I can put a brand 1new trailer in yet that was years ago never happened. If you enjoy having a life and not being spied on Don't move here We were amazing tenants with the exception of when I fell behind and he was always on us about something *** is not a good park owner
