    Signed contract for siding materials and labor, But the contract work was supposed to be completed by September 12,2022. On October 31st, I called for a meeting with business owner, Morgan P********* to discuss lack of progress on job. Meeting was scheduled for Tuesday November 1st, at job site, my home, *** ******* ***** Upon return home from work Morgan has made it clear he was walking off the job. Monies for material and labor has been paid, in accordance with signed contract. Additionally, our home was left in worse condition, and unsafe than prior to him starting work. Learned, from a previous business owner that Morgan P********* had actually cashed our checks for our job into a personal bank account, and not the business account. Theft by deception and Tort Law are easily two crimes that Morgan has committed. He has been paid 21,000 and walked off the job. Also learned he had done this to many other individuals as of recently, and I will not sit back and let people like him think they can get away with messing with , homes, and emotional well-being. I will stop at nothing to see this through.
