On August 25, 2023, Ross Express delivered a goods to my home. The PRO No is 7*********. The delivery truck has a number R**** on its front hood and has a USDOT number ***** (Boscawen, NH) on its driver side door.

The truck driver damaged a stone wall along the driveway on my property. The driver and I reported the incident to his supervisor at (508) 471-1323 at the scene. The driver’s supervisor said they would contact me to resolve the issue.

Without receiving any follow-up actions, I called Ross Express several times on September 1st, 6th, and 11th. No resolution was provided.

On September 21, 2023, I received an email from ***** ****** whose title is a Vehicle Claims Adjuster working at **** ***** Phone number 4***********. The email included a Claim# Ross Express #*******.

At the request of ****** I emailed a photo of the damaged stone wall and a contractor’s quote for repair of the damage on October 4th. The quote is $500 and was based on an in-person inspection of the damage by the contractor.

There since have been disagreements between ***** and me regarding what is the resolution of this claim.

***** rejected the contractor’s quote and offered $50 payment to me initially, then raised to $100. I asked ***** to provide the basis for her offer to make sure the full repair cost can be covered. Instead of providing justification of her offer, ***** repeatedly said they would not pay $500 based on what they “feel” is fair. What is more frustrating is that ***** repeatedly asked me to use my own home insurance for further resolution of the damage Ross Express is fully liable for.

I made it very clear to ***** that my request for resolution is that Ross Express pay a qualified contractor to properly repair the damage caused by its employee. I’m not interested in how much they agree to pay the contractor.

This is going nowhere at this time and I would greatly appreciate BBB’s help to get this issue resolved.
