    I had a clog in the main line to my home. Within 6 weeks of Mr.Rooter coming and cleaning the pipe, the problem happened again. I spoke with the service manager for the franchise that I used. They would not even meet me half way in trying to resolve the issue. The problem I have is the amount of time between incidents. If it had been a longer span of time, I could understand the build up again. 6 weeks is a little soon for the same problem to reoccur, when I have not had any issue in 20 years. I would expect better customer service from a national company.

    I spoke with *****, the owner.  We agreed on a very good solution.  They explained everything to me thoroughly and showed me the issue on the camera, when they came out to my home today. Not being a plumber, I just had to see the issue and have the problem explained me.  The technicians were very professional and we will replace the compromised section of pipe in the coming weeks.  I did not realize that this a common issue with homes built in the 1950's and 1960's.   I wish all businesses took the fast response and understanding that ***** took to correct the issue.
