    Sold me a system they no longer service or sell, I'm well within the ************************************************************************** It's been offline for over 36 months. (since install) Can I give less than a star?

    It is a top priority of Granite State Solar to provide prompt, efficient and effective service to all our customers spanning the entire state of New Hampshire. Unfortunately, in your case the manufacturer of the battery system has been failing us both. We will reach back out to them and request that they work with us and you to resolve these persistent issues. We will also press them for some form of compensation so that we might be able to work with you on replacing this system with a more reliable alternative, as you have discussed with us previously. We thank you for your patience and share your frustration.

    Hope you never need service! When my system was installed, it needed to know its precise location. The installers put the wrong GPS coordinates in. That took several months to fix. The next year a rodent chewed a cable .... 2 months to fix that. Now my system has not been producing for over 3 weeks. The phone rep talked me through flipping breakers which I had already done. Then days later, the woman who came on site flipped the breakers again and confirmed that did not help. Today the service rep called after he was supposed to be here to tell me that he was not coming. The phone rep cannot reschedule.

Although we make every attempt for this never to occur, it does happen on occasion, and this is precisely what occurred in with your service appointment.
