    I find it appalling that you sent chocolate without protection from the heat. You write on the invoice that i declined warm weather packaging. 1. I was never given an option. 2. You're a chocolate company and the right thing to do is provide that in the service. I want a full refund as that the chocolate was all liquid.

    We are very sorry that your product did not arrive in good order. However, WWC has been shipping chocolate year round successfully since 2004. We learned long ago of the potential issues caused by shipping chocolate in the summer months. Therefore, although we always leave the choice of whether or not to utilize Warm Weather Packaging (WWP) up to the discretion of the buyer. We change the default selection to "yes" at check-out in the buyers cart to automatically include the WWP from May-Sept and it is set to "no" Oct-April and can be selected if desired. It is literally impossible to place an order in the summer months without WWP, unless you specifically, choose not to use it.

    We take tremendous pride in standing behind our products and services 100%. We state policies to address potential issues and concerns clearly on our website and as thousands of happy customers will attest, we do so exceptionally well everyday. Unfortunately, shipping premium chocolate, year round, nationwide is both complex and expensive. We mitigate costs whenever possible for the benefit of our customers and fully resolve any issues that arise for which we are responsible. Due to our long tenure in the industry and because we do ship year round, we are well aware of the challenges and potential pitfalls of shipping chocolate during the summer months. We have therefore taken the steps to create and publish policies to address those potential issues and properly direct the resulting cost to the party responsible for the issue. In order to provide exceptional service to all of our customers and survive in today's highly competitive ecommerce environment we must adhere to established and stated policy when addressing these circumstances. Fortunately, they rarely surface and when they do we have found most people to be very understanding when we take the time to explain our policies in full. Unfortunately that is not the case in this circumstance, but we do wish you nothing but the best.

    I don’t agree that I unchecked for weather protection. I want a refund. BTW the company didn’t even have the decency to respond to my email. Will not recommend this company
