Be very careful if you go here , they keep your money if you get hurt . I have a torn miniscus , a tear in my shoulder , and a hiatel hernia. I went there to get my arms in shape they put me on a progressive overload which was a mistake for them to do. They will not give me my contract I wanted to see we’re it says no money back if I get injured . I honestly don’t even remember signing a contract which is why I want it but they will not give it to me . They kept 1000.00 dollars I never used one class because I got hurt . Before that I paid 1600.00 and that is when I got hurt. Unfortunately I will be taken them to court . I do not think you should keep someone’s money if you hurt them. I have had 3 MRIs I can’t sleep I can’t lay on my shoulders , I was so excited and felt good I finally got myself to workout again I trusted they k ew what they were doing . To pretend to care about helping people but not if they get hurt. She tried to bully me to go back there cause she wasn’t giving me my money back . I am 60 yrs old. She should of taken that and my injuries from the past into consideration before putting me on a progressive over load she had me leg pressing 220 pounds I have a torn miniscus in my knee from that and she had me doing lat pull downs heavy heavy weight that tore my shoulder and let loose my arthritis which is the cause of me not being able to sleep on either shoulder. I am still undergoing tests and will be suing when I get all the results. No one should keep someone’s money if they get hurt from there mistake she made the wrong choice by putting me on a progressive overload routine . Be very careful if you go here.

This customer never was injured in our facility and has made an effort to spread lies and deceit. She was injured outside of the gym "playing with her dogs", went on an expensive trip to Italy and when she came back requested her money back after being MIA for over a month. She tried to pursue a charge back but was denied by her bank due to these fraudulent charges. There was no "bullying" on this business' behalf, only on the customer's in which she has threatened our employees and tried to spread false information. Again, there was no injury that occurred at our facility and we keep meticulous notes on the health and wellness of all our clients.
