    CICC is one of the best centers around! The owner and teachers genuinely care about the children and their development. Activities are fun, engaging, and the kids are always learning! I can’t recommend this center enough!

    CICC kicked us out after questioning contract changes (not a negotiation).
    In Feb '22 we signed contract for the next year (Sep 22 - Sep 23)
    In May '22 it has been revoked and tuition has been raised 30%
    In Aug '22 another round of cut offs and contract revocation (some services were cut off and contract duration changed from Sep 22 - Jun 22)
    24 hours after scheduled meeting with CI representative we found discharge letter from the owner in the kid's lunchbox.
    Multiple attempts to talk to the owner failed (she neither pick up the phone, nor agree to talk to us).
    Reasoning provided by the CC-representative - "cumulative effect including many different parents misbehavior"
    Mid Aug is not the best time to change day-care, our family upset the way CICC treats their customers.
