***** and ***** ****** are operating healthcare shuffle where customers or patients are able to make appointments and see their physical trainers. But that's literally it. They have fired any local receptionist to help with any billing or clerical issues, including the check in process. Which would be fine if they weren't actively modifying agreements to bilk more money out of the consumers. I went in after an auto claim in July of 24 to get physical therapy. After my first visit that I paid $100 cash for, I chose the option to purchase 10 visits at the discounted rate of $75 per session. I was only scheduled 8 of the 10 visits I paid for. I assume because the physical trainer was very rushed between patients that it was overlooked. After the 8th visit, I was back to health and did not need anymore services. I only found out about the additional credit of $150 [Covers the 2 visits I didn't have scheduled or use] after my lawyers and I had a discrepancy in numbers. Months had passed since I last visited the establishment and I was recovered and had the proper training where I did not need any more service from Coppola. I had other medical bills from the accident that I could use the remaining $150 balance.I did receive a borderline harassing phone call from the owner ***** ******. Who was trying to intimidate me over the phone to use the available credit of $150 with my physical trainer. I told him I don't need it anymore and I just need my money back. I paid for 10 visits at the rate of $75 a visit. I was shorted 2 visits. When I asked about it, I get ***** ****** acting like an bully on the phone telling me he can just change the visits to single visits so I owe HIM money instead. I hung up on him because of how immature and unprofessional he was getting. By the end of the day, I received an email showing that he did just that. He raised the prices of my visits to deplete my $150 available credit in the account, and is now showing me that I owe them money.
