    $21,244.14 was deposited to demo and replace three decks at my property September 2021.
    An additional $500 advance was made to pay for unexpected labor for a third party through the contractor.
    It is now November 2022 and the job is still incomplete and the contractor has been out of communication for two months. 1 deck appears completed, work on one has not started and the third is not entirely finished. My homeowners insurance was pulled during this process due to danger of the unfinished deck. Work was then partially completed to allow reinstatement of the insurance when my insurance agent could speak with the contractor.
    Andrew K****** has not responded to several emails over the last two months, text message to his cell, voicemail and the business phone number on the BBB website is out of service.

    I have reached out to the home owner yesterday! We are working on resolving this issue. I have been out sick for a while and am now finally getting back to work. It is in my belief we have come to an agreement and I will finish the job without any further compensation from the final balance
