    My youngest son attended an international tour via his school that was facilitated by Select Tours By ********************** and associates. Much to my dismay there was an incident at hotel during the tour. The incident was without a doubt my son and his roommates fault. No denying it or what they did. After checkout, I received a call from my son informing him of charges being levied due to how the hotel room was left(again im not disputing the facts of what happened). A few days later I received an email from a teacher listing the charges for the incident. I responded to an email from Mr. ********************** in regards to payment time frame expectations. Also included in the email was that I disputed a charge the hotel levied( which was a two day room charge). After reviewing the other charges, I thought a $300 cleaning fee charge on top of the other charges was steep but understood my son for better or worse chose not to use common sense, logic or etiquette. I did not say I wouldn't pay or anything of the like. I did make a simple request of be furnished with copie(s) of receipts from the hotel in relation to above mentioned incident. I am completely aware had my son made better choices this incident would be nothing more than a what if scenario. My intent with this filing is to gain some knowledge related to this matter. Do I have any rights in requesting copie(s) of receipts related to all charges? If so, what is the best course of action in obtaining them? If not, then I apologize for wasting your time. Thank you
