    I went to Valley Regional Hospital to be fitted with hearing aids as I thought a hospital less likely to up-sell or scam you.
    I was fitted the first week of October. I finally had two working hearing aids and a working charger the first week of April (6moths later). In between it was visit after visit to solve problems. Broken ear pieces, wrong fittings, change ear molds, whistling, reprogramming, etc. After tolerating too many visits I asked to invoke their refund policy. I was told I was well past the refund period which ended well before I had everything working to be able to decide if I wanted to keep them. Now that everything seems to be working: Things are louder. I can hear noises I could not hear before. My biggest desire was to understand people talking to me. That is still a problem. I highly recommend giving Valley Regional Hospital a pass and try ********* ******* ****** which has a large audiology department.
