      I have received TWO ***** 2nd Day packages from this company. Each containing a " pulley wheel". Not only did I never order these, I have never ordered anything from this company and do not know how they have my address. ***** refuses to do anything about it because they were delivered to the correct address. I was never home to refuse them. I have located the company qwebsite and phone, but they NEVER answer. I have left 4-5 voice messages with my phone number and they refuse to call me back. I called another division of their company in ******* and their number has been disconnected. I have emailed them at the email the voice message said was theirs, no response. I can throw thes ewheels out, but I probably will be billed for them and I will not pay. They probably have been ordered by someone else and when they did not receive the first one, they sent another TO THE WRONG ADDRESS TWICE!!!! I do not know what else to do.

      We apologize for this experience. Are you able to provide us with an order number so we may research this order? We have recently had multiple customers report this being an issue with our Amazon store. Please contact your credit card as it has likely been compromised. We only fulfill the order that are placed on ****** which takes payment at time of ordering. You are welcome to keep the product, or discard the product. Our concern is that you contact your bank or credit card company. We apologize for the delay in response as we are currently short staffed and are trying to keep up with inquiries and orders.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I did NOT place an Amazon order! YOu did not get my address and name from Amazon.  I NEVER ORDERED pulley wheels and certainly did not pay for them on my CC.  I do not have an order # because I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER. FOR EITHER OF THESE PULLEY WHEELS YOU HAVE SENT ME.  I already gave the BBB a copy of the labels for tracking numbers, but will give you them as well.  YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE OR RETURN CALLS.  I HAVE LEFT MANY VOICE MESSAGES. This is NOT an ****** mistaken delivery.  I will gladly throw away the pulley wheels, but you better never invoice me for something I did not order in the first place.

Due to peak season demands and limited resources, we have Unfortunately experienced challenges in providing our typical high level of customer service. Please be assured, it is never our intention to ignore or refuse customer communications.

      We also want to clarify that we do not operate a division in *******; the disconnected number you mentioned is not associated with our company.

      Given the situation, we recommend contacting ****** directly or your credit card provider to report possible fraudulent activity, as it appears your personal details may have been misused.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will dispose of the wheels: I have notified the ******************* and NO charge even shows up on my ****** account, so obviously my CC was compromised.  Interesting though that whomever compromised it ordered wheels to be delivered to me.  You would be wise to verify sales before shipping because you paid 2-day ***** for heavy wheels for no reason. That cannot be good for your business.

      I ordered a product from Terre products. It was shipped to me by Phoenix Distribution. It was the wrong item and it was supposed to be a 3 pack for a Z5800 zero turn mower. I have my order slip
      They never sent me a shipping confirmation like the website states. The big problem is they will not answer their phone. They will not return my message. This company deals with Walmart so I expected them to be a lot better with their Customer service.
