They preformed work on the car with getting the okay from either owner. Fraud. Charged us 150 dollars for an oil change that never happened.

      Business Response

      Date: 03/01/2024

We have verbally and electronically apologized to *** and offered to refund the errored amount: $120.75. We asked *** to call or stop in with the credit card the vehicle owner used to pay the invoice with (as we need the credit card number to refund, our system does not store that type of information at a store level for consumer privacy reasons). *** did reach out to one of the shop owners via Facebook messenger. The owner responded and asked if *** would be available to speak via the phone. ***** responses were less than appropriate then he blocked the owner so he could not communicate further. We have several inappropriate messages, and video (which we are choosing not to share the video but will keep on file). This simple human error of selecting the wrong service package for the engine restore service (not an oil change, and in the amount of $120.75) was absolutely an employee error. We own that. A simple wrong click of the mouse, on a very similar service that was provided, clearly caused *** a fair amount of distress. However, we did get approval for ALL services from the registered owner of the vehicle. But we are always willing to refund and rectify our mistakes. However, we need to be given the chance. Since they refused to come in or call with their card for a refund, we mailed a check to the registered owner of the vehicle for this error. Thank you for your time in handling these issues and allowing everyone to provide information and documentation. We appreciate your services!
