****** XC60 Revisiting the issues and requesting the actions]Date of Transaction: (Vehicle dropped off on 6/4/24---Picked up on 6/20/24)Amount of money paid: MMG ***************** paid since my car was damaged by a customer from MMG What the business committed to provide you: Key Collision took the vehicle for repair for 14 days, and there were many suspicious findings of misuse of the vehicle when the owner picked up the car. When this matter was approached, Key Collision was willing to clean up the car but is ignoring the admittance or investigation of the owners inquiry (of vehicle misuse--someone has been using this vehicle!) and being denied for the damage (scratch in the silver frame in front -see #9, and headlight glass stain/scratch-see #** in the attachment)What is the nature of the dispute: There are multiple evidence of misusage of the owners vehicle, but Key Collision is ignoring the admittance or investigation of the owners inquiry. Attached is a report that is written based on facts, and I sent the same message to the manager on 7/1/24. The manager responded to me the next day and offered to clean some more; however, he ignored my inquiry about the misusage of the vehicle. First, I started with questions about the odometer because it was higher than what I drove. However, I didn't take a picture right before I dropped the vehicle off. They said there was no number difference between their record and what I had when I picked up the vehicle. However, based on their record, the photo of the odometer was recorded one day later. The vehicle dropped off on 6/4/24 at 4:50 PM. They took a photo of the odometer number for the record on 6/5/24 at 4:26 PM.
