      Clearly deceptive in their practices over completely overbooking and then lying about sending over another bus. 100% misleading. We have waited for over 3 hours and the only communication is from customers calling to find out. No proactive outreach to speak to customers who are now stranded to inform them of when their travel will change. I couldnt be more disappointed with their business practice as well as deceptive customer service.

      Concord Coach Lines service is not reservation based. All tickets are a boarding pass and first come first board. Advance purchase is not necessary but lets us know when people might be traveling so that we can prepare for adequate seating. This is stated during the purchase process online and in person. I would be happy to address the situation mentioned, if I had more details.
