    I bought a 2018 Subaru at Capital City Subaru of Concord NH and the service manager is telling me that I am not allowed to bring my car in for a sticker that's supposed to be part of my contract for the car I will never buy anything from these people again they screwed me over when I bought the car and now they won't honor the contract not to mention when I bought the car they never changed the oil and the battery went dead after 2 months of owning the car the service manager Sean R**** is an absolute **** bag he should be fired for the way he treated me like I was a common criminal or something they lied to me and I have a contact that says I am supposed to get a free inspection sticker for as long as I own the car this Sean R**** acts like he owns the dealership I don't advise anyone to buy a car from them ever unless you want to buy a piece of junk

    I purchased a used vehicle from them and after a few washes discovered that their prep team had done a great job covering up numerous paint chips and scratches. It's going to cost me a not unsubstantial amount to improve the appearance of the vehicle to get it closer to what it should look like. I would not recommend doing business with these people.

    The customer purchased a used 2019 Mazda from the dealership back in April and 2.5 months later is making claims that we have deceived him which is false. The customer had every opportunity to inspect the car, which he did before taking final delivery. We have offered as goodwill gesture to have the vehicle touched up by one of our vendors. I can't make a Used vehicle that this is 4 years old with 45k miles look new again. The car shows normal wear and tear. Customer is very unreasonable.
