    They are unprofessional. Very quick on demand for rent and eviction all in one envelope dropped off at your door so everyone can see which is embarrassing. They are hard to work with. 201 loudon rd concord nh location is very rude. Paying 1400 a month with just water included electric is always through the roof and is hard for a family to keep up with. They are very disrespectful when trying to work out a payment plan. They call you and raise their voices at you and they always threatened you. I personally have 5 years of stuff that needs to be fixed and it hasn't gotten done. I call and call about the issues and nothing is fixed.

    Monday the head of our rental ****** of ********* greens ********** she called me Monday yelling at me about what I owe . She told me I have to pay **** by the end of this week or me and my 3 kids have to be out this weekend. Then I had my mom call her and she dropped it to 915 for the end of the week or me and my 3 kids are out this weekend I have a 1 year old and 8 year old and a 10 year old . I have been having people call her because I need help or an extension until Tuesday ****** told one person that I shouldnt have people call her and that I shouldnt let anyone know my business these people contacting ****** are trying to help me and my 3 kids. I dont know what to do at this point because its 31 degrees outside and now I have no where to go if I cant come up with the 915 I have tried everything churches, banks and my local CAP office no one has the funding to help. Also nothing in my apartment is fixed toilet has no handle the ceiling in the bathroom still has a hole in it. Please someone do something about the Hodges company treating there tenants like c*** *********************************

    I have been dealing with HodgesProperties, Rochester, New Hampshire for the past month. I have tried & tried multiple times to deal with & work with (2) women who oversee Appleridge, AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS Branch of ROCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE. Appleridge Apartments are NOT even built yet, but they are accepting ($30.00) Application Fee per Application/ Each time a person applies! So, I have tried & tried to get PRE-APPROVED AFFORDABLE APARTMENT before the construction is completed. I have gone round & round & round with Head Honcho, Ms. M*****. This woman has NO UNDERSTANDING of how US Govt. FEDERAL HOUSING $$$ WORKS? SHE HAS NO UNDERSTANDING of HOW? Social Security payments work or any PROFESSIONAL WORKING KNOWLEDGE, Ms. M***** HAS NO CREDIBILITY @ ALL! First, my Social Security Annual Income Requirement was too low, then a few days after I became HIRED by US POSTOFFICE proposed income will be too high! There is nothing that I can do to work with this UNPROFESSIONAL woman. All she does is argue with me. Last night we went back & forth over the whopping ($19.60)/ hourly US POSTAL SALARY, I will earn working for US Post Office. After a long email discussion, she then decided I would make too much salary to reside in one of the precious Apartments of HodgesProperties, Rochester, New Hampshire. I have NOT even begun the job & she is already ruling me out as an Applicant. Now she has told me to RE-APPLY when my work hours are fully set. LADY, THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT EVEN BUILT, YET! This is INSANE!! I am not trying to deceive anyone. I am NOT SECTION 8. I have never been EVICTED or have anything in my background that would prove otherwise. I have 100 % PERFECT TENANCY IN NEW HAMPSHIRE & I cannot secure any apartment, in any part of New Hampshire because of unsavory, scurrilous companies like this one! Ms. M***** is only tip of the iceberg! Now, I have to send an additional $30.00 Application Fee to this ***** Property Mgt. company.
