- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Registration for any training seminar shall be non-refundable upon reservation of the class training. Registration fees will only be refunded for cases of personal emergencies and must be requested via telephone, and is subject to individual approval. Registration for training cannot be refunded, as the spaces for the seminars are limited and costs expended for the attendee are committed well in advance of the event. Refunds for policies and other products will be provided in the form of credit with US Housing Consultants, unless the refund is due to a damaged or deficient product.
