      Prototek made custom parts incorrectly and delivered both the original order and RMA several weeks late, in violation of their order terms and Universal Commerce Code. Refund has been promised since April but Prototek still has not issued refund despite calling them at least every two weeks. Customer service manager never returns calls and rarely replies to emails.

      I have attached the documentation we discussed yesterday.  While we understand the frustration this order caused Mr. ******** Prototek did issue a credit for the part that was received and deemed non-conforming.  Our typical process would be to have the parts returned for repair or to be remade.  We understood that the customers timeline did not allow for another return and agreed to process a credit for the cost of this part.  This process needs to go through internal approvals and can take some time.  I have attached a copy of the credit invoice generated in our system, the receipt where the refund was placed back on the customers credit card per his request, and the email trail where I provided this information to him on 7/28/2022.  The refund was processed back to his card on 7/21/2022.  On 7/29/2022 the customer responded to my proof of refund email confirming funds had posted to his account the previous day, 7/28/2022.

       

      Please let me know if there is anything further Prototek needs to provide to close this matter.
