      I would never deal with them again. Installed our ********** mini split not to our requirements after lengthy discussion with the service people. Said they could return in the spring to correct it ( should have been done right then ) but after several calls from my husband in the spring we saw no action and we were just put off. The unit is not installed properly and I have had several contractors tell me I need to correct its slant as it should be level and it is NOT. It is also a safety hazard as it impedes access around the house due to its location. Terrible company to deal with.
