Been @ the Fairways for over 10 yrs. I've spent over $150K in rent during this time. They haven't once offered to do any upgrades but new tenants walk into a fully upgraded apt. My place looks like you've traveled back in time 20 yrs. No painting no upgraded appliances, or cleaned the rugs. The cabinets are warped and rotten. There's dog p*** everywhere. No bike racks for the kids. Unattended parcels go missing in 10 mins. if not immediately retrieved. There are hoarders, filthy disgusting people and smokers that are so bad I have 3 air purifiers and it still smells like a smoker lives in my apt. The vetting of new tenants is non-existent. It's getting so bad that 4 ************ officers and a detective was knocking on doors as they tried to find the smell the source of decomp that's is throughout the complete building. There's 0 security, parcels are stolen daily or weekly. The tenants or their teenage kids are smudging dog ****, cat food and other disgusting stuff into the rugs. More and more cars are stolen, broken into or vandalized. I'm a single parent and it's been hard and IDK what I'm going to do, but I'm reporting these issues to the ** ****************** NHDHHS and anyone or any organization that'll help me get out of this place. If you're from the ************ area and know the different projects, then this is *****, **'s version of the Essex Street or ******* projects. Keep looking if you want to live in a community that looks out for each other and has a property owner/manager that cares about their tenants, their property. Prop managers that would at least throw a fresh coat paint, new rugs and upgrades in an apt. w/ the same tenant after 10 yrs. The family (definitely special needs) that has ruined 2 apts. are on their 3rd apt., Each is completely remodeled apt after a hazmat crew was needed to remove the 2 yrs of trash, ****, and rotten food. They do it gladly because the state pays their rent. And r relocated into a newly renovated apt. Slumlords
