    I ordered .22LR ammunition from the company. When ordering online at check out page it says in bold letters “21+ ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ALL AMMO ORDERS-NO EXCEPTIONS “. The ammo was delivered and left at the beginning of my driveway off the main road in the PM. I can not see the end of my driveway from my house. It rained an 1” 1/2 that night. A friend came to visit the morning after the rain. He walks in holding the box of ammo. It’s completely saturated through and through. ALL the ammo boxes were wet. Wet ammo is useless to me. It’s not dependable once wet. I sent email to company with all this info and pictures. They told me it was not there problem and I had to file with FedEx under mishandled package. Keep in mind I DID NOT SIGN FOR THIS PACKAGE. I went to file and FEDEX sent statement saying I could not file and that Foundry must file. I informed them this via email and he responded he would forward it to there shipping department and get back to me. It’s been two days and no response even after I sent another email. I don’t have time for this. I need them to ship replacement ammo and pick up this wet ammo. Or give me refund and pickup this wet ammo.

    I ordered a bow sight that stated was in stock. An excel landslyde carbon pro slider with single avx pin sight .019. Paid $308.26. Once the item arrived it was completely different. It was an excel landslyde sight av41 single pin .***. The main difference is the carbon pro slides through the riser of the bow to be mounted. The one sent bolts to the side. Once i emailed the company about it being the wrong item i was told they did not have the item i ordered in stock so they sent that one instead. Rather than contact me to let me know the item i ordered was out of stock. I went through the process of returning the item. I wasnt provided a shipping label so therefore i had to pay an additional $43.26 to return an item they knew full well wasnt correct. Once the item was returned i emailed them to let them know the cost of the shipping label since one was not provided. After contacting them multiple times once i saw the item had been received and signed for, the refund was finally processed a week later. The refund was only for the amount of the item and not the shipping label that i had to pay for in addition to the item, even though they sent the wrong item, knowing it was wrong. I have the entire email chain and screenshots of what was ordered, what was received, amounts and everything else in regards to this purchase. I will never deal with foundry again. Had they refunded the $43.26 for the shiping label and handled this particular problem in a more professional manner, i wouldnt be sitting here typing this right now. I received an email today stating the refund had been processed Jan 26th 2023. There is no refund currently pending or has been received in my bank account. I seek to be refunded the $43.26 that i paid for the shipping for the item that they knew was the wrong item but sent it anyway. As well as the $308.26 that was stated had been refunded.
