5 starsDalpe Electric did an amazing job installing a house generator at my house and now i'm prepared if the electric goes out. Thanks Dalpe Electric. Very knowledgable, professional, and on time. We highly recommend them.

Dalpe electric promised me an Electrician would come out to my home in a few days. Promised me since I need the panel/breakers fixed prior to my son getting back (has a transplant). I took the day off, waited all day, 12 minutes before the end of the time they told me was the window they texted ( not even called) and told me it would be another two days. After promises and me taking the time off and sitting waiting. I texted back and they just said sorry two days. I called and they ignored the call. The treatment was misleading, unprofessional, and left me at a loss for my son and my vacation. Had I done this to them they would have charged me. This is not a business I would recommend to anyone if you are truly in need.

As an Electrical contractor we have adversities to maneuver around from time to time, which was the case with this appointment. On this particular day we experienced a number of set-backs, emergencies along with understaffing. We contacted the client during our intended arrival window to explain we could not respond that day. The client first said it was an emergency but reveled later it was not an emergency but a few outlets without power outside and inside the garage. Regrettably we explained we could not respond that day but could reschedule him or refer him to another Electrician. At this point the client became belligerent and demanding, so further communication seemed inappropriate and counter productive.
As a business owner operating Dalpe Electric for over 25 years we have performed well over 10,000 jobs, unfortunately and regrettably from time to time events can become out of our control.
