    We hired, We Hang Christmas Lights owned by ******* **********, to hang holiday lights at our home. When he was unable to fulfill his commitment to us, we requested a reimbursement of our nearly $3,000 deposit. He readily agreed by text message in Dec 2024. Since then no refund has been received and he has ignored most of our email and text messages. When he does respond he apologizes and has an excuse for the lack of payment. We have learned via internet search he has done this in the past - seems we are his latest victims.His current phone number is - ************

    I hired ******* ********** from We Hang Christmas Lights to install Christmas Lights on my house this last December 2024. He's done so for the last few years. He informed several of his clients of a delay due to weather and staffing issues, all understandable. I emailed him on December 9, 2024 that I understood the delay and staffing but at that point I was requesting a refund of the $850 I had prepaid already. We have exchanged numerous emails since. One of them he confirmed receipt of the cancellation and confirmation of the refund request. The last email from ******* was on 12/30/24 stating that the refund was process via Square and that he'd follow up with me. I haven't heard from him since. He is very hard to communicate with and does not respond to emails in a prompt manner. There is no reason why I am still waiting on the refund. All I want is my $850 back. I don't want an apology, no need for anything else....just my money.

    We contracted this company to hang up Christmas decor and they did not fulfill their obligations and then they did not send back our deposit.
