    Our 50 year old barn, pictured below, was built from plans sent to us from Walt Disney Productions and was for their barn in their 1972 movie ‘JUSTIN MORGAN HAD A HORSE’. Sensible Home Roofing Co. came and replaced all of the shingles and flashing with top of the line GAF Charcoal colored shingles. Some of the roof boards were rotted so they removed and replaced them so the roof was in its original 'as built' condition. Will and his crew arrived promptly and worked safely and efficiently, every employee knowing their job and wasting no movements all day long, while taking care not to spook the 4 horses that were in the attached paddocks. When the roof work was done the crew cleaned up the surrounding yard to an immaculate condition with rakes, blowers and nail magnets. Sensibles work was so well done that they will be hired to reroof our garage and house in the near future. Do not hesitate to call Sensible.
