  This garages business ethic is completely not okay. **************** is rude and unapologetic taking advantage of insurance claims customers. Bad business ethics let my vehicle get ruined in the rain by not crash wrapping or removing the crash wrapping before the vehicle was towed off property

  WE have no idea why this person would post such a review. Several photos were secured and submitted to her insurance company showing the extent of protection that we performed to protect her vehicle. This review only goes to show, no matter how hard you try, you just cannot make or keep everyone happy. Please see our 200 plus ****** reviews.

  When I was first quoted for repairs and a paint job I was quoted for $2,204 and I agreed to have all that work done no dispute. When the car was fixed I was looking at it before I went in to pay and I had noticed the area where they had said they would paint the entire bumper for was not painted at all just buffed out. The buff job was good and I didn’t have a complaint about it but the one thing I did have an issue with is that when I went inside they were all ready with the keys and ready with the invoice of $2,204. When I had told them no paint job was done only a buff the woman at the front said I’ll grab someone and they brought a man out who told me he meant to talk to me about that but if this work was already done and ready for me to pay why wasn’t the payment dropped already for the many hours of labor and paint you never did? I managed to get money off but if I hadn’t looked I can guarantee they would have let me pay the unfair price and drive away. I heard good things about this place before I went and now I’m not so sure

  This by far has been my worst experience also my first experience with an auto body shop at first they seem so nice and we're willing to help and once they got my vehicle everything changed I was quoted one week by the repair shop to complete the repairs it then took them seven months from January 1st until July 13th which my insurance company then told me the car had been completed and the last supplement payment had been sent I reached out by phone and email throughout the month of August and was never told my vehicle was completed nor did I get a copy of a work order or itemized list of parts when I did receive a phone call in November via an employee I was told to come get my car I made arrangements to pick up my car the next day I then got a phone call 20 minutes later from the owner of Coney Auto stating that I owed $2,500 in storage fees even though they were the ones who had completed the work and had been paid in full from my insurance company I never got my car back till this day he at this point wanted $100 a day which is an unreal amount to ask I would never recommend this auto body shop to anyone especially young single mothers because you get taken advantage of they knew that was my only vehicle to take my disabled son to and from his doctor's appointments and they refused to work with me on payment arrangements and refused to give my car back.
