    Had to order online as they didn't have item in store,I received item dirty and all but one sales people are rude and unprofessional, they seem to have large chips on their shoulders, very unpleasant experience.

    We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review about your experience at White Birch Armory, but we would like to take this opportunity to respond. The first item to mention is the availability of items in store versus on our website. Our website shows a live inventory that is a combination of what's in our warehouse and partner warehouses across the country that we drop ship from. This gives our customers access to a much larger inventory than we could possibly keep stocked in our own warehouse. Directly under the quantity in stock it says, "Total available from multiple warehouses, Please call for in-store availability." The added benefit to ordering from us is that we reimburse you for the shipping fee to get it to our store, and we don’t charge any transfer fee at the time of pick up. We can’t speak to the cleanliness of the firearm, most manufacturers test fire their products before they leave the factory. They are then shipped to us, new in the box, and that is the extent of their use. If you determined that the firearm was dirty or damaged when you inspected it, prior to completing the transfer, we could have requested a replacement be shipped to us for you.
    Regarding our staff being “rude and unprofessional with large chips on their shoulders.” That is a very surprising observation to hear. I do know that during your experience, there was an issue with your first attempt at the background check. The 4473 is a Federal document and we cannot assist anyone in answering any questions on the form. We can reword the questions to help a customer understand the intent better, but cannot provide any answers. The sales staff helped correct the mistake in a polite and friendly manner so you could continue with your purchase that day.

    This year (2022) on two separate occasions I placed an order from White Birch Armory. First order was a pistol with brace (CMMG - Banshee 300). and the second was a rifle (Sig-716I Tread). Both were smooth orders and deliveries with no issues. In my opinion, you can order from White Birch Armory with confidence.
