    7/19/24 $61.15 Website promises 30 day returns and free shipping and returns.And to start a return the day of delivery as it was the wrong item. Website stated that the order number (*****) and email address were not correct. The email address was the same one that the order confirmation and delivery confirmation emails were being sent to. after four days and multiple tries each day, I emailed customer service with a screenshot of one of the failed attempts requesting help. Response stated order number and email address. Replied requesting help starting a return. Searched web for a phone number since one was not provided on the website. Options provided during calls were to download the Real VMC Server app which would allow them access to my phone or tablet or, when I refused, to use the SEND a gift card option IN THE *** STORE which the *** argued would provide a return to my credit card. Clearly fraudulent with the attempt to scam the customer of all personal information or additional money.

    The company responded the email sent on 8/3/24 stating the "#" needs to entered into the field label "Order Number" prior to the order number. On 8/7/24, I again attempted to return the item by entered # in the field with the order number. The system responded that the return was accepted and that notification of the return label would be forwarded when it was ready. As of today, 8/13/24, the company has yet to provide a return label. I have emailed again requesting a label.

    After two more emails, a return label was provided. I shipped the item back and **** is showing it was delivered yesterday. Currently waiting for a response.

    This order has been refunded. We would never try to access your computer or send you a gift card to return. I don't think you connected with our business on that. The last correspondence we had was on 8/1 when you were told how to receive a return label.

    I ordered a Great Bay Home navy quilt set on 11/17/22 through Amazon. I put it on the bed in January since I was painting the room. After the first washing, it pilled terribly. I picked off all of the pills and put it back on the bed.
    After subsequent washings, 8 months later, it now looks as pictured. Pills too numerous to remove and batting that is coming through the fabric.
    I filed a manufacturer complaint via Amazon and was issued a ticket number 1175 by Great bay home. GBH reached out to me on 8/17/22 and requested the order number which I provided. I have attempted to follow up with GBH on status, but they are not responding.
    I contacted Amazon and was told that the return window has closed. The Amazon associate told me I should just buy another one from Amazon.
    Let me add that the GBH website states there is a 3 year warranty on product. Apparently this is an untruth.
    I originally asked for a product replacement in a lighter color so that the pilling and backing don’t show. Now I would just prefer a refund.
    I’m happy to send the product back for quality review.
