    We rented a room to celebrate my loves birthday as a family, we got a room with 2 double beds for me my husband and 2 boys, 7&10. We went out till around 1030 when we returned the area was different sketchy making us uncomfortable one person is yelling about being ripped off 100$ it looks like drug deals are happening and being used this was there back area in the parking lot going in the backside. I made a bad joke about it being something like a horror movie. We went in locked our room and went to sleep. At 3am I was waken by my husband hollering, what are you doing in our room, and there was a stranger next to my sleeping children in our room!! We were closer to the door than the stranger in our room past us closer to my sleeping children than I was and we were in a bed next to theirs!! The lady was so under an influence she didnt seem to even realize she was in the wrong room I dont think she knew or had any intent to hurt us or steal but she could have we awoke to a stranger in our room that we had gone to sleep in locked in and feeling safe and secure but not for long!! Our privacy and sense of security didnt last long, thank goodness our children didnt wake up, my husband went and complained and found out the front desk opened our door for her while we were in the room sleeping!! I didnt confront but walked past the clerk as I went out for a cigarette who was on his phone laughing and smirking definitely not comforted or even acknowledged for the situation just experienced. This was Saturday Sept 14 today is Tuesday the 17th I have not been able to contact a manager my calls and email have not been responded to. The clerk on the phone has confirmed we will be refunded but as of now we have only been charged all over again so now we have 2 charges our finances are less because of that and it is still very much a hassle. No one at the inn has acknowledged or apologized and we have only been made to feel like we are the problem! Police are involved.
